We’re excited to introduce a new feature that gives you more control and visibility into your Grizzly account! With the new Customer Portal, you can now view your memberships, loyalty program details, and more—all in one place.

FIRST TIME ACCESS – SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
To access your portal for the first time, you’ll need to verify your account through our booking engine.
STEP 1: Click sign up
STEP 2: Enter the same information used in your customer account
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Create & Verify your password
IMPORTANT: The email address used must match the one provided to The Grizzly for contract agreements, league or series signs ups, and/or event registrations.
NAVIGATIVE THE CUSTOMER PORTAL
Once logged into the booking engine with your verified account:
- Click the menu dropdown in the top right corner
- Select Dashboard to access the portal
- From there, you can use the pages to view information for:
- Memberships:
- Payment Details
- Billing Details
- Loyalty
- Loyalty Program Details
- Credit Books
- View Credit Book Balance
- View the earning and redeeming of Credit Books
- Billing
- Credit Account Payment Details
- View, Add, or Delete Credit Cards (Available in the future)
- Make a Payment (Available in the future)
- Orders
- Orders and Order Details
- Statements
- View All Generated Statements (Available in the future)
