Job Overview
We are seeking friendly, reliable individuals to join our Golf Operations team as Cart Barn Attendants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and engaging with guests in a relaxed, social environment.

Cart Barn Attendants work closely with the Head Golf Professional and Assistant Golf Professionals to support outside operations and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize golf carts for daily play
- Stage carts for daily operations, outings, and tournaments
- Greet guests and assist with golf bags and equipment
- Maintain the driving range, including collecting and restocking balls
- Keep cart staging areas and bag storage clean and organized
- Provide a friendly, attentive, and helpful presence for all guests
- Follow established procedures for opening and closing the cart barn and range
- Park carts neatly in designated areas within the cart barn
- Maintain cart cleanliness, supplies, condition, and charging
- Inspect carts upon return, with attention to damage, cleanliness, and overall appearance
- Report any damage immediately to the Pro Shop for incident documentation
- Rotate cart usage to ensure even wear across the fleet
- Restock cart supplies and communicate operational needs to management
Qualifications
- Availability for mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends
- Ability to work approximately 6–12 hours per week
- Dependable, team-oriented, and enjoys working with people
- Strong communication skills and ability to relay guest needs effectively
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
