Job Description

Recreation Management Services is now hiring for the seasonal, part-time position of Beverage Cart Attendant at The Grizzly in Mason. This role has a rotation of job duties that include beverage cart service and food truck service. We seek energetic and hardworking people who can assist us in delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Cart
  • Load and unload cart with daily inventory
  • Operate motorized beverage cart throughout golf course
  • Sell food and beverage items to golf course customers
  • Follows proper golf course etiquette
  • Knows and follows state liquor laws
  • Maintains beverage cart and inventory sheets
• Food Truck
  • Stock daily inventory in food truck
  • Sell food and beverage items to golf course customers at identified location
  • Knows and follows state liquor laws
  • Follows daily checklist for opening and closing food truck

Qualifications

• Candidate must be at least 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license
• Training and/or experience in hospitality
• Demonstrated customer service skills

Job Description

This person works within a team to clear and reset tables quickly between seating’s. Additionally, this position works to ensure this position ensure that orders get to their table as quickly and accurately as possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, service plates, and utensils.
• Protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs.
• Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations.
• Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and vacuuming floors, and removing trash from the facility.
• Knowledge of preparation and ingredients in all dishes being prepared.
• Communicate with all staff members regarding what is going on in the restaurant.
• Deliver food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Clear and bus tables.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all areas of the restaurant.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Hourly: $15 – $18 per hour, depending upon skills and experience

This position performs manual labor of more than ordinary difficulty that often involves the use of acquired skill and does related work as required. This work calls for the use of some skills acquired by experience or on-the-job instruction. Requires more than usual physical strength and endurance. A maintenance worker normally works under the supervision of Maintenance Supervisor. Employee is required to be able to complete tasks with limited supervision. Employees in this class may be assisted by one or more grounds crew workers.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of semi-skilled tasks including building, ground maintenance, and painting
• Assists in the maintenance and operations of the City of Mason Golf Course and associated facilities as assigned
• Handles and uses hand tools and power tools including chainsaw, gas-powered weedwhacker
• Cuts down and removes trees, uses wood-chipper
• Performs litter control
• Drives trucks or car to obtain supplies and samples
• Drives light tractors and mowing equipment
• Digs, spreads, and levels dirt, gravel, mulch etc.
• Pulls weeds and maintains flower beds
• Lifts, carries and holds building materials, tools, and supplies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Possess a valid Ohio Driver’s license and maintained a good driving record
• Some Knowledge of semi-skilled maintenance and manual tasks
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to read and write legibly
• Ability to perform heavy manual work for an extended period under varying weather conditions
• Available for scheduled and emergency overtime
• Ability to complete tasks with limited supervision
• Must be able to work eight consecutive hours in changing outdoor conditions. Exposed to dust, pollen, and environments associated with outdoor labor

Physical Requirements

• Excellent physical condition – able to bend, lift objects of 70 lbs. or greater routinely
• Visual acuity to distinguish from short and long distances
• Auditory actuity to hear the radio or communication from fair distances

Job Description

Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant. Helping guests choose menu items, taking orders, and making guests feel taken care of during their visit.

We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food according to Kitchen Manager’s specification and to set up stations for menu. Line Cook duties will consist of assisting the Kitchen Manager with daily tasks. This position will assist all hospitality related food programs, including restaurant menu, and catering menus for banquets, events, and golf outings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items according to RMS’ quality standards, specs, and timely delivery of food
• Maintain all food safety procedures and regulations, including proper knife skills and safety

Job Description

Restaurant Servers submit orders to the kitchen and bring food out to guests when it is ready, filling their drinks and checking on other tables in the meantime. Servers help guests pay their bill and make correct change, and keep track of receipts and tips.
